Initial screening, then hiring manager interview, followed by technical challenge and then an interview discussing the technical challenge. I was supposed to meet with two interviewers and possibly the hiring manager as he also mentioned being there. Only one interviewer was present. I can understand if the hiring manager had schedule conflicts, but if one of the assigned interviewers only shows up (and it's the most junior of them all), then I'm questioning their level of communication across the project (and company) and ideals of what they think QA would provide for this role. Also, they didn't bother to look at any of my documentation from the technical challenge, even though I shared it beforehand. I declined to pursue the role further because what they are looking for isn't practical for this role and their seemingly lack of interest from the technical challenge interview.
