Everything was pretty standard. First a call with a recruiter, and and as everything went well there was a call with the hiring manager about a week after. The call with the hiring manager went well too, and I was scheduled for an on-site about two weeks after that. I was given a guide on how to best prepare (people principles) and what to expect. The on-site was a back to back meeting with 6 different individuals, one of whom was the hiring manager. There was lunch in the middle. The recruiter called the day before, after hours, on personal time to make sure I was prepared. Best HR experience I ever had applying to a company.
