I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Audible
Interview
Applied online and heard back from HR within 2 days. Interview process began with HR screening asking some basic fundamental Java questions. After the screening, HR set up an phone tech interview. The phone tech interview wasn't that great, interviewer called couple minutes late without adding the lost minutes to the phone interview. Questions weren't that hard but nerves got the best of me.
The interview was for returnship , folks with break in career . the breaks needs to be 2+ years . The interview was with data structures and algorithm questions along with behavior questions
Interview questions [1]

Half an hour q&a about experience and use cases from the prior experience.
Next half an hour, a technical session question was asked to write code as a solution. However the question was too abstract and has no api context available to write any functional code
