The interview process was pretty straightforward, it consists of 3 rounds but could’ve been streamlined better.
To be honest, the process was unnecessarily dragged out into different segments and it was overall a pretty negative experience as they would make you take time off work for 3 separate occasions, seem uncannily nice but ghost you after. They’ll tell you how you could reach out to them for any questions after different rounds but be prepared to be met with radio silence after.
Candidates take time out of their work and personal life to attend interviews, at times putting things on halt. At least a proper closure after going through everything would be appreciated as a sign of respect.
I did apply through a recruiter and that only amplified the horrible experience as she wouldn’t stop nagging about how good the role is despite it being quite a significant pay cut from what I’m earning, desperately trying to close her sale. Constantly calling you after every interview round, asking you on what questions were asked and all the details about the interview, so she could better prep her other candidates. I would advise against doing so and applying directly through them might be a slightly better experience.
