Interview
Standard interviews between the recruiter, manager, team, and director. Many experience related questions as you might expect. There was time to ask questions and for each side to get a feel for the personalities of the other before making a decision.

Interview
Very disappointing as expectations were not fully set upfront. After 6 successful interviews, they then give you a take home assignment to present in front of the same panel you had already interviewed with. Not once did they mention this was part of the interview process. Plus, they never mentioned the salary range for the position. So I can’t help but feel like this was a waste of time. I got a BS excuse that they couldn’t “meet my salary requirements” when I had already agreed to the salary range they finally provided. Multiple attempts were made to get real feedback but no call or emails were returned.
