Aucerna interview questions

It was a fairly lengthy process with the first panel interview in London in August, the second interview with a C-suite executive in September and a third interview with 2 C-Suite executives in October. A fairly disappointing process with limited communication with the candidate throughou with the final interview having no feedback whatsoever. To this day, and many months later I have yet to receive feedback. Obviously if a candidate invests time and effort on interview prep and taking time out to attend interviews to suit international office hours, the minimum they hope to receive is feedback. A poor reflection on how they treat (potential) employees. Consequently, I would advise potential applicants to think twice before applying.

One with HR and one with my manager and the exec team. Focused heavily on previous experience. Met the team in the second interview. Titles at the company were confusing so it was hard to tell who was in what role.
