None - I was reached out by the internal recruiter and was scheduled for an interview. They never called and wasted my time. I tried to reach back out to the recruiter and got crickets. Very unprofessional, If this is how they treat a future employee i cannot imagine what would it would be like working for them.

Interview
Phone interview then in person. The in-person was with direct boss who asked many questions from resume and also talked about life in general to see how I manage and like to be managed. The phone interview was with an hr representative who goes over the resume and job duties.

What do you see yourself in the next year and next 5 years
The interview process was great. For me, it was a 5-step process, but not sure it would be the same for all. I met with a recruiter who then passed me off to their internal recruiter. After meeting with the internal recruiter, they had set me up with their VP of my region. That interview went well, and I followed up with back to back interviews with the team leader. My offer came between the interviews with the team lead. Very respectful of your references during the process.
