Didn't make it past the initial recruiter call. I spoke with a recruiter, scheduled a call, he told me all about the company and then towards the very end they said, "We're open to remote and hybrid employees." I said, "Yeah, I'm definitely interested in more remote roles." We never proceeded beyond that because it seemed like they say it but they don't actually mean it.
