Normal, have to answer very vague questions and say you have experience with children even if it is minimal experience. Interview process is also informal, the interview had sweats on

It was a group interview with a very kind and outgoing recruiter! She asked us about our experience, went over the job description in great detail, then asked a few scenario questions. Usually I get very nervous for interviews, but she made it very easy and pleasant!
