Interview involved HR personnel, and technical directors from multiple departments. Communication from direct reporting manager was limited, and reactive only on query. It took 7 months in total. My abilities and skills were known to several interviewers already. The interview process was abridged. Onboarding was partially self-driven.

Interview
At the beginning I was a little stressed, but then i started talking to the hiring manager who had a profession attitude and I asked him all the questions referring the company and how it worked.
Then I decided to trust the hiring manager and I gave a detailed review of my professional background and history. Immediately after the interview was over they sent me an email to confirm and the whole process went smooth.
