I applied in-person. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Atom Computing
Interview
It’s a fairly lengthy process with several interview stages and panel rounds. Most of the discussion centers on your past experience, but they expect you to go well beyond a basic overview—think detailed explanations of your work, the reasoning behind your decisions, challenges you faced, and how you approached solving them. They’re really looking for depth, clarity, and the ability to walk through your thinking step by step, not just a summary.

Interview
Very pleasant screening interview. The interviewer was very warm and humble. Answered all of my questions and provided details about the further steps. I was also given the feedback, why I did not match.
30min phone screening, then full day onsite interview. The phone screening was a technical hiring manager asking general background questions on work experience, mainly to gage fit.
The full day was packed with back to back 30-45 minute technical discussions. Lunch was provided and you ate with many of the team members. The interviews were generally technical, though more geared towards exposing candidate knowledge rather than problem solving on the spot.
