I applied through university. I interviewed at Atlas Industries (Greenwich, CT) in Feb 2020
Interview
I really didn't like it. It was all super personal, and unnecessarily taxing. I had to drive 2 hours Greenwich for a final interview where I got the sense the candidate had already been chosen. They rewarded my efforts to pitch all my accomplishments with with absolutely nothing in exchange, and told me I didn't get the job after 2+ weeks of silence.

Question 1
My wife studied in marketing (laughs, sarcastically). Why was your first internship in that??
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Atlas Industries
Interview
Atlas Holdings did an info session at my school and I applied through my school’s career portal. I was contacted for a case interview. It was pretty straightforward and then the interviewer asked me some basic behavioral questions. I made it to a second round interview with a higher level employee. He seemed absent minded and was late to our meeting. He also said multiple times that he was skeptical about my ability to perform in the role and was somewhat rude and unprofessional. It felt like they were trying to string me along. If you don’t think I can do the job then don’t invite me to do another interview. I withdrew from the process after that.
