first skype interview with HR and two team leader where you presnt yourself and they present the work to be done. then a second skype interview with your team leader where he ask you technical questions. Finally you have to do an online assesment with reasoning test.

question about basic thermodynamic priciples and machine design (bearing mounting)
The overall interview felt rigid and impersonal. One of the panel maintained a poker face throughout which made it tense, responses giving the impression quickly they weren’t particularly interested. Might better suit those who prefer a very structured, no-frills corporate environment.
