Very relaxed, formality was much less important than skill and honesty. The president interviewed me himself and he had me write on a scale of 1-5 my skill level in all different fields, everything from blue print reading to curing concrete. They also have a list of tools they ask if you won or do not. If you are accepted you will be required to buy and own everything on that list depending on the position.
