The interview process comprised 4 rounds: 1. Technical Interview with HR: The HR person was very good at gauging the candidate's strengths and also the the initial screeing. Questions were asked on current roles and other relevant question 2. Panel Round with Hiring Vertical Head and CTO: This was a great interview round where all the questions were based on the KPIs, questions on Product Management, Product Ownership and Scenario-based questions. The interviewers were very much knowledgeable and were very much on spot in asking the relevant and right questions in my opinion. Discussion with CEO: This was also a great round where he was able to identify my key strengths, love for the domain, and relevant product management-related questions. Questions on product processes and case-based questions were asked. HR Round and Salary Discussion: All the HRs were very responsive and were really wonderful in communicating each step. There won't be any delay in any update sought. HR and the Chief People Officer both were really great unlike the typical HRs.
