Interview
Need to apply for open position through their web portal-it's a tedious and not entirely easy process. I was then contacted by an employee to discuss benefits of working the with company. I was then "interviewed" briefly and informally by the regional manager. I was already acquainted with clinic manager so no formal interview was completed with clinic manager.
1 The recruiter will call you for a phone screen. Around 30 minutes.
2 The regional director will interview you.
3 You will go to the clinic and shadow in the clinic for 1 hour to see how the clinic operates. Then the clinic manager will do the interview.
I received my result after 2 weeks.

Very fast process that they were able to get me in and interview. They also were able to be flexible during the process which was very beneficial. Over very satisfied with experience
Easiest interview I’ve had. Phone interview is the first step of the process. Then in person interview with a panel of peers. Contacted within a week with a job offer.
