Interview
1-2 phone interviews with a recruiter before they set you up to go see one of the clinics they have an opening at. they are very friendly and ask pretty straight forward questions such as why you want to do outpatient ortho therapy.
1 The recruiter will call you for a phone screen. Around 30 minutes.
2 The regional director will interview you.
3 You will go to the clinic and shadow in the clinic for 1 hour to see how the clinic operates. Then the clinic manager will do the interview.
I received my result after 2 weeks.

Very fast process that they were able to get me in and interview. They also were able to be flexible during the process which was very beneficial. Over very satisfied with experience
Easiest interview I’ve had. Phone interview is the first step of the process. Then in person interview with a panel of peers. Contacted within a week with a job offer.
