Interviewed with owner and given a chance but my skills even though I have many years experience in what they are looking for just don't have the initials to go with it CHT to get the job. I have tried to take take the exam from 1996-2013 but I just can't pass the exam. I have the study guides, took the special class in St. Louis, signed up for Internet practice exams. I just don't know why I can not pass it. It seems only way to get an outpatient OTR position is to have CHT after those initials and experience does not matter at all. I am great full the company at least called me for an interview can't say that about any other facilities.
