The application process was online, easy to upload resume, transcript, and cover letter. The interview was set up as a panel, which may intimidate some, but the partners/managers were very friendly and engaging. It didn't feel overwhelming or pressuring. They seemed to be interested in not only my aspirations, experience, and technical skills, but also in who I was at a person and where I saw myself in the future. After the interview I was asked to complete a written exam which consisted of some basic accounting principals, nothing difficult for someone who has an understanding of accounting. This was followed up with a phone call from the firm asking that I complete an in-depth personality and skills test which took 2-3 hours. After completing the skills test, it was only about a week, maybe two before I was made an offer.
