HR was genuine but seems to lack knowlege of visa policies of countries and how can one work from countries other thn his home or she was just looking for cheap and easy talent . There was no feedback process either that shows a lot about culture . Suggestion to candidates - Its risky and not worth to work as freelancer if you have a well paid or even a moderate paid job you are ok with . You never know when you will be hired or let off work when there are no labour policies governing.
