Interview
There was a two person interview process on the first day. If they wanted you to consider an offer they would have you back to interview with a third person. They also had perspective co-workers take you to lunch to "close the deal".

The most difficult question for me has always been where do you see yourself in 5 years. Since this was a small company you had to be careful of having huge plans in a short period of time.
