Very easy process, phone call, discussed previous work experience and how it might overlap with this opportunity. It was very easy to get hired. That being said, it seemed that they weren't organized. I applied originally for a job that was full time. When I was called they explained it was part-time and they couldn't give me any idea on when or even if, I would go full time. Turns out my market is so small, there aren't many full timers, even though the job description I applied for said full time. This became a real sticking point.
