Astrana Health interview questions

It was the first hr round, explained abt the process and told me that i will only move if the manager likes my github, i had good latest projects but didnt move forward , maybe i told i need sponsorship but they were not sponsoring

Impersonal, scripted, timed. Was no opportunity to really get to know the person interviewing you nor about Astrana. Responses were brief, advised of many have interviewed and hiring manager has declined as position is Prior Auth and not inpatient concurrent. Interviewer was unable to answer much regarding hours, holiday coverage, weekend coverage and opportunities for advancement. Extremely production based environment
