Very easy quick phone call first, then zoom interview, and lastly is meeting the director of west coast which is sometimes optional, just depends on if you have connections. If you do have a referral, you would be guaranteed in.

Ghosted! Know that your skills and self-respect are better than working for an employer who ghosts potential hires. If they treat non-employees this way it is usually a red flag for how they would treat you as an employee there.

I was contacted by email by a hiring manager to have a video interview with her and a program manager there. Had a lovely interview with both the following week, and was told I be contacted within two weeks. Nothing ever came of it. No calls, no emails, no updates, no respect.
