The interview process consisted of three stages. First, there was a typical interview with the HR representative, where we discussed my background, skills, and career aspirations.
Next, I completed two assessments: the Hogan Assessmentand the Diagramming Reasoning Test (DRT).
Finally, the technical interview was conducted with the head of IT. This session involved discussing specific technical skills, practical scenarios related to the role, and my approach to solving real-world problems.
