4 hours with a portion of time to give a lesson. Then asked multiple questions. after given some time to implement feed back on lesson. Give another lesson. Very long
I got a response fairly quick and had an interview within the next week. During the process I had to do a Mini lesson and then had an interview with a panel.

How would you build relationships with your students?
Standard process involved multiple interviews and a demo lesson in front of kids. Very typical for a teaching job and followed up with questions from principal after screening by their talent person.
