The phone screening is the very beginning. You speak with Rona and she explains the job descriptions and the benefits as this position is full time. Very simple questions and very comfortable conversation

She literally just told me what the job was. Gave me one scenario question and then offered me the job. I realized they must have been pretty desperate, especially because I didn’t have any experience in this field of work.
