      Director Interview

      7 Apr 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Burlington, MA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at AspenTech (Burlington, MA) in Jan 2012

      Interview

Interview was long and I got to understand the company as much they understood me, my background, skills, experience, and my entire professional history. Though it didn't trouble me that much taking time off my employer was a major challenge. The questions were tough but I could answer them well. Many repeated questions. Later on I came to know that they interpreted my answers differently. Nothing matters and they judge me professionally anyway as it always happens. Still, the interview process and logistics needs to improve and I am glad to see that it is happening.
