Interview
Few questions about how to describe a deep cleaning. Also how would you get the patient to move forward with treatment. It was a lot of personal experience. If you are honest it will fall into place.
The scheduled a phone conversation and seemed to like me but didn’t want to pay abverage salary due to not paying the existing hygienist a good salary meaning they couldn’t pay someone new more.
Phone interview
Was very pushy and detailed how working there was exhausting her her(the interviewer)
She was nice and explained all details
And did follow up with my several times in case my thoughts changed.
Interview was good, answered a lot of questions, interviewer was pleasant and seemed honest. Did not discuss paid time off so I left with questions about that so i am worried it’s not a good selling point
