The process was very smooth. About an hour long presentation, followed by panel and one-on -one discussions. There was a company tour and a lunch with employees too. The entire process of 6.5h was not so stressful.

Interview
The interview process started with a 30 minutes presentation of my previous research, which includes ideas of how to apply my skills to solve problems of interest for the company. Then several interviews with members of the company, mainly scientists. Lunch, and a tour for the company facilities.
