The interview process was well organized and respectful. It started with an initial screening conversation to discuss background and interest in the role. This was followed by one or two interviews focused on experience, skills, and problem-solving approach. Interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable, allowing time for questions. Communication throughout the process was clear, and updates were provided in a timely manner.

Had one interview with the hiring manager. They set everything up through an ATS, no way to get ahold of a hiring person if you have a question or want to send a thank you follow up email. Got rejected through an automated email rather than a person. Felt like there wasn’t much of a culture just from a few of those impersonal cues compared to other companies.
