Asia City Media Group interview questions

Received a call from the hiring manager and was called down for an interview the very next day. Got hired on the spot and was shown around the office and introduced to the staffs.

Really unprofessional - the person who'd be interviewing me called me and asked me for my current salary, and then said that it would be "no problem" heavily implying that he'd be able to match it. He then forgot to send me a confirmation email - I had to call him to ask if the interview was still on the day before, to which he replied "Oh I completely forgot to email you". On the day of the interview, I was kept waiting for twenty minutes because he was on the phone. The interview was conducted at his desk, less than a metre away from all the other employees. At the end of the interview, he asked for my current salary again, and followed up with "Would you be willing to go below that?" Despite having previously said my current salary would be "no problem" for him to counter. After I said no, he then said that the company just posts job ads routinely and that it may take up to two - three months for there to actually be a vacancy.
