Interview
Very friendly and comfortable setting, you’ll have one telephone interview seeing if you are suited for the role and if successful this is followed up by a teams meeting with area manager where you are asked my clinical questions. The teams meeting lasting between 1:30-2:00hr and the phone call lasted 20-30mins.

What is a red flag and what would you do if you suspect one?
Patient came in with shoulder pain, that was caused by falling on an outstretched arm. How would you go about doing and subjective and objective assessment?

Interview
Two parts. First the telephone call. Easy and simple questions. Just be your self. About 20 mins of interview about your self and your past experiance. Overall good experiance when you have your first interview with them.
There was a presentation about the company, then we wrote a test which we had to complete in 30 min if I remember well. We then went in for further discussion individually and questioned upon various possible case scenarios.
