This interview was done long ago, so I do not remember many details. From what I remember the people were very friendly and interested in not so much all my qualifications but my desire to grow and ability for development.

I recently interviewed one on one with the Department head. The interview was very casual, asked the normal expected interview questions. I was in the interview for about 10 minutes and was told they have two more weeks of interviews, then they would be back in touch.
