This was a very long process. I ended up with 6 different interviews with various people on the team and other senior leaders. I felt really good about the roll, my ability to excel at it and the team. After six different interviews, I was told they changed the role and level of the role last minute. I don't know what really happened, but after six interviews, I would have expected a response from the hiring manager with a little detail. Disappointing as the experience was decent till the end. If I was not the candidate, tell me, don't ignore my messages and calls. I had gone through too many interviews to be treated like that.
