Interview
Laid back and easy to talk to. First contacted by recruiters who match you to units she thinks you would fit with! I think it is a good system. you then interview with managers of the unit and they determine if hr will send you and offer.
There was first a phone interview and then a virtual interview followed by an in person interview. In line with typical interview process from other companies that I have interviewed with.
Initial phone interview came 1 day after application. Regular interview was also quick and easy. Seems like a swift pace they do it at. Not sure how that changes between depatments or not.
Easy, quick normal questions. They were nice and made me feel comfortable. It was professional and short. To the point. Very basic interview. Not bad though, strengths and weaknesses, goals, etc.
