Friendly and easy process. They were two managers present, and they made it a conversation and were very personable. They wanted to know about me and seemed engaged in the conversation to see if I would be a good fit. They also talk to me about leader ship roles.

super easy, good flow, not so tough questions. They were very supportive during the interview process. Just type up and reherse your lines of why choosing the field/department/specialty and your good traits.
The nurse manager who interviewed me was friendly and made the process less stressful. I was worried about the process, but it was not bad. She asked questions about my background and experience and explained the job to me.
