Interview
The first step is a phone interview which is to determine if you qualify for the position, its usually 30 mins. If that's successful the requiter will schedule you for an in-person interview with the manager and a panel, this can be an hour. The person over the phone is screening you so make sure you put your best foot forward.

Tell me about yourself? Why do you want to leave your current employer? What skills you offer for this position? Very general not behavioral based. Tell me about a time where you made a mistake and how did you handle it?

Interview
Interviews were easy. 3 interviews with different people - 1st was HR screener (questions were very technical); 2nd was Accounting Recruiter/Upper Management (questions were technical with a bit of behavioral/personal questions to determine best manager fit); 3rd was with direct manager and director (all behavioral questions and background). All 3 were positive and uplifting, as every company should be! This was by far the best interview I've ever had!
