The hr is very responsive. The process itself was very confusing. Initially it has been communicated that there would be two internal technical rounds and then one client round and everything goes fine then hr process will start. But after clearing two technical rounds that lasts for 1hr each, hr said we are waiting for client round. And after two weeks suddenly hr said there will be one more internal technical round. I got so surprised is it not enough to judge a person with two rounds. Then worst part is the third round was on only 15 mins and in that 5 mins was my discussion. And it seems the interviewer was in so hurry. After 15 mins he said he has done and disconnected. So unprofessionally. And afterwards hr said I didnot go through the 3rd round. It seems they planned to reject the candidate and find ga way out for this. I suggest the recruitmwnt team do not waste time if you do not have position. And be transparent. Worst experience ad wastage of time.
