I applied online. I interviewed at Arts University Bournemouth (Bournemouth, England)
Interview
Online application in which you had to answer full interview questions upon application.
Process was incredibly slow. From applying to interview was 2 months.
Was suprised on arrival to interview to find this would be at a 4 person panel for an entry level role and minimum wage pay.
Questions were generic and there was nothing in regards to the arts.
Marking down because after a 2 month process and what felt like a very over the top panel, and not getting the role (no issue) this was done in an automated email. No call. No feedback. Short hand copy and paste and felt this was incredibly disrespectful especially with the loops that you are made to jump and length of time for AUB to action recruitment.
I applied online. I interviewed at Arts University Bournemouth (Bournemouth, England) in Sept 2024
Interview
Efficient, well-run interview process. Questions felt a bit repetitive and formulaic, but they clearly signposted their focus on industry. Session with students after the interview was also a nice touch. Campus was beautiful and felt welcoming.
