Had one phone screen with the Marketing Manager before a panel interview. Phone screen was standard and in-person group interview was solely behavioural questions. I had a positive experience overall, everyone was very lovely and seems like they have a great team and culture at the company. My interviews went well and they asked for my references which was a good sign, however I did not receive an offer in the end. The one negative aspect of my interview process was that they did not get back to me after the last interview. I followed up by email and was essentially forgotten in the process as the HR person was away. That was frustrating as I had been deeply invested in the company and interview process at that point.
