Phone call with HR, then interview with HR, then interview with manager. Asked questions about past work experience, goals for the future, work style, strengths and weaknesses. Pretty typical interview.

Interview
A former employee sent my resume in and a received a call from HR a few days later. We spoke briefly about the role, and HR then emailed me to set up an informational interview. The informational interview was very thorough and helpful. HR answered all of my questions about the role and seemed genuinely interested in making sure it was a good fit for my long term goals.

Interview
I was called in to speak with the HR Manager, but it seemed like they weren't quite ready to hire someone, just looking at creating a pool of candidates. We had a good conversation, but ultimately I wish they would've waited until they were ready to hire before bringing in candidates.
