Interview
1) Asked questions based on the skills and past experience.
2) The questions were based more on the individual ability to handle complication and work pressure.
3) They also asked questions to check whether you can contribute to the organisation other than the profile you have applied for. Eg. Marketting, IT skills

Interview
great experience...learned amazing things..about me and the company!! The people working in arthayantra are professionals and they know what they are doing; specially the HR department. They wont let you get nervous... questions asked where sensible and lined up with the job profile. Got to know the areas in which i need to work hard. The interview environment was positive and friendly.
Overall..a good learning, positive and optimistic experience!!
