Artech L.L.C. interview questions

Could not even get through the first initial call. Recruiter was 15+ minutes late when she specific told me to be available at the agreed upon time. When we rescheduled to another day she was also 15+ minutes late. Her questions were very disorganized and could barely understand her through her calling system.

This was one of the rudest interactions I have ever had with a recruiter. I went through the phone screening and explained my background which there was little to no interest in actually hearing about it. I was asked weird questions including if I was in a fraternity in college despite graduating several years ago? It seemed like my resume was not even read prior to this conversation. Additionally, I was asked a question about being a hunter or farmer and proceeded to get told my answer was wrong and how I am essentially not what they are looking for. Not sure how this attracts candidates but it tells me all I need to know about the culture at this company. I'd beware this company and wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole.
