Artec Group interview questions

It took in total 6 hours. I was asked lots of questions including my life choices and school exams. I was asked to solve logical tasks as well as some tasks in Excel in real time. In the end they said that I was not a good match but I can't understand why it took so much time and efforts to test a person for a junior position (I was interviewed by 4 people).
