I applied through other source. I interviewed at Arrowhead Systems (Randolph, WI) in Nov 2016
Interview
Initial & second onsite interviews were standard, but the team came off too desperate to retain my services. I declined the immediate offer. Three months later, HR V.P. called me back to come have lunch (twice in a three week period) I came for both lunch meetings and noticed the initial MFG. MGR I met quit and the unpoised V.P./G.M. had been demoted to a shop supervisor role. (Red Flag) When I asked to meet the CEO it was very APPARENT they didn't want to make introductions (I could hear him in an intense tyraid in the next office & the 2nd Red Flag) During the two separate lunch meetings, I got the notion the new V.P./G.M. seemed more business orientated and confident than the first unpoised one I met, but I was taken back at the COO , who appeared too hubristic; fixing his tie and gazing at his reflection in window... Odd to say the least. (3rd Red Flag) However, the new V.P./G.M. engaged in valuable conversation and had vision for the company. He upped my initial offer 8K and guranteed an additional 40hrs of vacation, and literally begged me to assume the role. (Red Flag # 4) Honestly, the offer was well above the fair market value, but obvious they couldn't find anyone tough enough to deal with the negative, cut-throat culture.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Arrowhead Systems (Randolph, WI) in Dec 2017
Interview
First face-to-face was with 3 members of the Executive team. Very professional, but toward end of interview I was asked "how thick-skinned am I?"...it was explained that the President/Owner was very tough and came down hard and aggressively on people, and you needed a "thick-skin" to work there.
My next interview was with a larger group of the Executive team, followed up by a meeting with the President/Owner. The Executive team discussions all led down the road of "do I have a thick-skin", and it felt more like people were trying to protect me and warn me about the President/Owner.
Found out why all the lunacy...the President/Owner is as non-professional and moronic as anyone I every encountered in all my years of business activity. Loud, gregarious, know-it-all who only showed he didn't know anything, the Owner did his best to show how tough he was...cursing, commenting on "this stupid fool, that stupid fool", and talking about how he belittles people. Inside I was laughing my tail off as I had not seen anything so pathetic in my life! He is nothing more than a little troll who likes to act the bully, which he can if he is writing the paychecks.
Don't waste your time even pursuing any positions here...unless you want to be treated like crap. Best thing this company could do is have the troll who owns the company sell the company to a business that might run it professionally.
