Received a phone call from a recruiter to setup and interview with the hiring manager. After the interview the recruiter will contact you again to setup a 2nd interview with 2 other managers. If they like you, then recruiter will call you with an offer.

Phone screening with the recruiter, talked to the manager on the phone for a 30 min interview, then went onsite for an hour and a half interview process and toured the facility as well.
