I was interviewed at this company and I want to point out the completely unprofessional recruiter who seems to even hold a senior position - which is unbelievable! The first interview with this female recruiter is very strange and uncomfortable. She for some reason starts the meeting with a story about her life and background, then asks literally a couple of questions and then she can't answer almost any of mine! To all questions she says, you'll ask that at the second interview, if there is one, and I don't know. At the same time she allows herself to make completely unethical remarks! It's horrible! Every professional recruiter knows that an interview is stressful for the candidate and your task is to reduce the stress level, relax the person and make him/her feel at ease, not the other way around! Overall, the company as an employer looks interesting and attractive, but the recruiter at the first interview ruins the whole experience. I recommend the employer to send this employee to some professional courses, so that she could learn how to recruit and communicate with candidates and build relationships with job seekers.
