It was five minutes. They were nice. Nick & Nuala, but basically knew a lot about me beforehand because I went to his school. They asked if I wanted to do cut or color and why and I told them. Like I said. He knew my history before I walked into the office.

The interview process was thorough and engaging. I got a great sense of the culture. At the time of my interview, the last stage of the interview process was to bring in three models to demonstrate experience. Following this demonstration I met with the owner Nick Arrojo.
