Arriver Software Developer interview questions

I sent a normal application at the end of June. I e-mailed the recruiter managers posted on the website (2) to ask about the recruitment process and what format they preferred to see my projects to prove my Python proficiency. After one week, I received a mail from another person telling me the hiring managers were on vacation. Two months later I received an automated response telling me they were not going to offer me a position, without any feedback and without returning to my questions. Arguably the laziest recruitment process I've ever encountered.
